These mobile messaging terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms") relate to the sending of mobile text/SMS messages by Toyota of San Bernardino ("us" or "we"). Mobile carriers require business SMS users to register with The Campaign Registry (TCR) to enable text messaging. This is required of all businesses sending an SMS from both short code numbers, and long code numbers (10dlc), and the disclosures below related to that registration process.
1. General: If you agree to receive text SMS/messages from us, these messages may be sent using autodialers. These conversational messages are generally about sales promotions, product and pricing information, vehicle service statuses, and other general dealership offerings.
2. Opt-in/Consent to Receive Messages: We do not sell, rent, share, or give your consent to receive text messages to anyone else. This means if you agree to get texts from us, we will not pass that permission to another company for that company to text you.
3. Consent is Not Required: You do not have to agree to receive text messages to buy from us or use our services.
4. Opt-Out at Anytime: You can stop receiving text messages whenever you want. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. After you ask to stop, you may still get a few messages until we fully process your request.
5. Frequency of Messages: The number of text messages we send can vary depending on your activity, and ongoing promotions. On average you may receive 4-5 messages per month or more.
6. Message Rates: Your mobile carrier might charge standard message and data rates. We might not be able to deliver messages to every mobile carrier.
7. Additional Terms, Changes: These Mobile Terms add to any other policies and agreements on our website. If there’s a conflict between a provision of these Mobile Terms and a provision of any other website terms or policies we have, the provision in the other terms or policies will control. If we modify these Mobile Terms we will post the updated version of these Mobile Terms on our website. If any provision of these Mobile Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
