Not a huge fan of the dealer add ons. Don't need the paint protection for $795. What magical formula do they have that I cant buy on Amazon. Avoided the 1 year Windshield protection as well for $700. Insurance will cover that. The staff and I negotiated hard. However they were very nice and professional. The dealership itself is huge and they have a large selection of vehicles. I opted out of the extended warranties and maintenance packages. After the dealer add-ons I was not about to add any more cost. Seems like the finance manager was not liking that. So sorry he didn't make money off of me. But he kept his cool. The whole experience took about 5 hours. So be prepared for that. Left with a black 2026 Camry SE with 1000 miles. Was so exhausted but it was well worth it. Since I didn't get the extended warranties and all that I can put that money away for my next Toyota.

I was very impressed how Sara G. was very professional and helpful with the selection of my new Toyota, Corolla. She had good vibrations! Also her boss Jesus was very accommodating and gave me a good deal in my car for Labor Day. I’ll recommend this place to shop for a very reliable car and excellent service.

Great customer service and great negotiation experience.

I wasn’t too sure about this dealership at first due to our first impression with a salesman but after encountering our salesman “Miguel Espino” we loved our experience. Him and the manager “Ricardo Ramirez” answered all of our questions and were very understanding of what we wanted without feeling any pressure. I put a deposit down to hold a Grand Highlander Hybrid Max Platinum that I had to wait for nearly a month but they made it happen for me in less than a week. Our finance manager was also great “Abdon Maravi” he explained everything well and answered all of our doubts multiple times. We will definitely be returning to Toyota of San Bernardino for all of our future purchases. Definitely recommend this dealership.
