Labelle was the BEST! Other Toyota dealerships didn't listen to the me. I used the website to choose the color, model & accessories for the new 2026 Toyota Corolla Hatchback that I wanted to buy. Labelle was the ONLY one that said "if we don't have the one you like, I can get you one that will make you happy." My satisfaction was a priority, not telling me "if you don't take the car we have on the lot TODAY, then it will probably get sold" to pressure me to settle. That type of threat is less effective with Toypta inventory on the internet. At the end of the day, I bought a car that was the exact color, model & accessories that I originally asked for at the best price considering offers from other dealers. The biggest compliment that I can give Labelle is that everything he did & said allowed me to trust him with a pretty substantial financial purchase. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from Toyota of San Bernardino. I visited four other Toyota dealerships in the Inland Empire. I spoke with six other Toyota Car Dealers. Im so very happy with my decision to purchase of a new car from Toyota of San Bernardino.

Overall I had a good experience at Toyota at 75 years old I didn't think I would be shopping for a new truck ever again my salesman Frankie was very helpful, so I bought a 2017 Toyota Tacoma TRD sport if turns out to be as good as my 2006 Tacoma pre runner i will be a very satisfied customer
